Hardy Hoheisel
CEO
After completing his commercial training and studying economics, Hoheisel founded his first startup in the field of sports marketing. The development and production of bicycles, snowboards, kites in Asia and the positioning of his own brands in Europe were part of his entrepreneurship. Kitesurfing, now a popular water sport, was discovered by him in the USA and marketed through consistent sports and event marketing. After selling the rights, he turned to the future technology "optics".
Dr. Bjorn Magnussen
CTO
After studying electrical engineering and computer science, Dr. Magnussen with distinction from the University of Karlsruhe in the field of robotics. As part of his research work, he worked for Siemens in Munich, Tokyo and Berkeley (CA, USA). As the winner of the Siemens “Business Plan Competition”, Dr. Magnussen 2001 a technology company to manufacture and market miniature piezoelectric motors. From 2007 he headed the communication technology division of the solar technology manufacturer SMA. From 2014 he took over the technical responsibility at biozoom.
Dr. Wolfgang Köcher

After studying engineering and doing his doctorate, Dr. Quiver as a research assistant at the University of Kassel with problems of research planning and user research. On the basis of the conjoint analysis, he developed a highly regarded instrument for determining customer benefits and preferences in the early phases of technical development. The instrument was used in various industrial projects and discussed among experts at the invitation of renowned business schools (International Institute for Management Development IMD / Lausanne, Manchester Business School / Manchester). Later the University of Kassel appointed him senior engineer for system design. During this time, Dr. Quiver with problems of regenerative power heating machines and managed various projects for the development of Stirling engines, Stirling refrigeration machines and air conditioning systems with CO2 as refrigerant on behalf of automobile manufacturers. He was an appraiser for the German Federal Environmental Foundation and for over 15 years advisor to an R&D institute in the Japanese automotive industry. Together with Hardy Hoheisel, he founded Opsolution GmbH and has been dealing with non-invasive measurement technology and its application ever since.
